By engaging in a commission and making a payment, you, the commissioner, agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. I will not be held responsible for your misconception if you, did not read the following text. Please read this agreement carefully before proceeding with your order.GENERAL
• The purchase is for digital files only. No physical copies will be provided or shipped.
• I reserve the right to decline any orders without a detailed explanation.
• I reserve the right to increase the price if you want a very highly detailed drawing or character.PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
• I accept payment via Paypal only.
• Also note that Paypal commission will be charged as well, this is 5% for payments to Chile.
• Payment plans are available if needed.
• Once the payment request has been sent, payment is due in full within 24 hours (unless a payment plan was agreed upon between both parties).
• If payment has not been made within 24 hours, I can move you down the waitlist with a notice, but, if after notice, payment has not yet been made, I will remove you from the waitlist.Commissioners may receive a refund if:• The artist cancels the commission.
• The commissioner cancels the before any work has begun.
• If the commissioner or the artist wants to cancel after I have begun working, they will receive a refund approximately to the work completed so far.
• No refunds will be given for completed artwork.COMMISSION PROCESS
The commissioner will be updated with screenshots of the progress until completion at each major stage of the process, these are sketch and flat colors. If the commissioner wants to see more, should request it.
Edits Policy:• Large or small edits may be requested at the sketch stage.
• Small edits may be requested at the lineart or coloring stage.
• Minor edits may be requested to complete artwork (within reason).Upon completion, I will provide the commissioner with large, resized versions of the artwork, through a link to Deviantart Sta.sh, where the commission will be in PNG format in maximum resolution. Make sure you save the image somewhere on your computer; I clean my Sta.sh from time to time. The commissioner is advised not to publicly publish the full-size drawing to protect the integrity of the artwork.DEADLINES
• Once we make the deal, the commissioner will be placed on the waiting list. No payment is required until you are notified that it is your turn. The waiting time can be a couple of weeks or even months, keep that in mind.
• Once payment is made I can start working on the illustration.
• Actual completion time may vary between 3 and 10 business days, depending on the complexity of the drawing or your place on the waiting list.
• The client must inform me in advance if they need the commission by a certain date.
• There will be a rush fee of +50%, this will avoid the waiting list and the commission will be ready in 3 business days or less.
• I will only accept rush commissions if I am confident I can complete them without sacrificing the quality of the artwork.
• I only work on commissions on business days.
• I will always let you know if something comes up and there is a delay with the illustration.COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY
All characters depicted in commissioned artwork belong to their respective owners. However, the artist retains copyright to the artwork itself, so I may do whatever I wish with it, for example:• Post/display the picture anywhere I want (giving you proper credit if you as the owner of the characters).
• Promote me with it in any place.As a commissioner, you may:• Repost the art on other sites with proper credit to my gallery/page, in low resolution, and with no profit purposes.
• Print the art and even make whatever merchandising you want as long as it's only for your personal use and not for sale.
• Use it as decoration for your social media, as long as it's a personal account and you're not making any profit with it.You are not allowed to:• Edit/trace commissioned artwork without my permission.
• Take credit for the artwork.
• Remove my watermarks /signatures.
• Do not have the right to mint/sell their commission for NFT.
• Do not permit to sharing of the full-resolution artwork as it is intended for personal use only.
